To reduce the impact on our environment we would like to encourage our guests to use public transport or cycle to the Lido where possible.

We now have a secure cycle shed outside the spa entrance, so those who live within cycling distance do not have to worry about bike security. We also actively promote cycling with occasional ‘Bike to Lido’ offers which reward those who cycle with free coffee and the odd free swim pass.

With Reading railway station literally a few minutes’ walk from the Lido, in Summer 2023 we will be launching our ‘Rail to Lido’ promotion. Anyone who travels to the Lido by rail, can claim five thousand loyalty points (worth £5) by emailing a copy of their rail ticket and Lido package or restaurant booking confirmation (more details to follow).
