All Lido treatment packages are for adults only, 18 and over. However, children may be using the spa facilities between the hours of 9am – 11am and 2pm until 4pm.

Please note we do not offer any treatments to anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. Please ensure you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester to book our tailored pregnancy treatments.

If you have had any major surgery within 6 months of your booked massage, we will need a doctors note to confirm this has been approved otherwise we cannot offer a treatment.

If you are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, we only offer the light touch therapy massage. This is performed by one of our specially trained oncology massage therapists therefore this treatment needs to be booked in advance to ensure specific therapist availability on the day.

 

 

Massage & Breakfast

Start your morning off right with our massage and breakfast package!
Enjoy a relaxing hour treatment at 8.45am followed by a delicious Lido breakfast at 10.15am (click here to view sample menu) with a hot drink or juice of choice.
Note – this package does NOT include use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.

Swim & Massage

The Swim and Massage package includes 2 hours use of the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub before your 1 hour massage treatment of choice.

Swim, Massage & Meal

This package starts with 2 hours use of the Spa facilities, followed by a 1 hour treatment of your choosing and finishing the day with a delicious meal, consisting of one main and one starter from our Restaurant Menu.
Please note if you are booking the 10am massage your meal cannot be served until 12 midday when lunch service begins. The kitchen is also closed between 15:15 -17:15 daily, your meal will be scheduled around this.

Twilight Spa

The Twilight Spa package includes use of the pool, sauna, steam room and the hot tub from 5pm to 9pm plus a one hour spa treatment of your choice.
To finish off your evening, please go to the bar to claim your complimentary glass of prosecco or pint of beer.
This package does not include food so we would advise pre-booking a table reservation if you wish to do so.

Lido Nightcap

The Lido Nightcap package includes use of the pool, sauna, steam room and the hot tub from 6pm to 8:45pm plus a 45 minute spa treatment of your choice. During your swim time, please go to the bar to claim your complimentary nightcap, either a baileys or amaretto hot chocolate. This package does not include food so we would advise pre-booking a table reservation if you wish to do so.

This Package is available Monday to Saturday and only suitable for 18’s and over.
