Please also be advised we have both male and female massage therapists working at the Lido and the system will automatically assign you a slot, so if you have a strong preference, please contact us directly.
You will be required to fill in a consultation form prior to your massage so that your therapist can determine the correct treatment for you. Please ensure to answer these forms honestly so the therapist can ensure your safety for having a treatment with us.
We do not offer any of our treatments to anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. Please ensure you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester (13 weeks & above) to book our tailored pregnancy treatments.
If you are currently undergoing any treatment for cancer (or have just been diagnosed); we can only offer the light touch therapy massage. This is performed by one of our specially trained oncology massage therapists therefore this treatment needs to be booked in advance to ensure specific therapist availability on the day.
Please note all our treatments are for adults only (18 and over).
Classic Lido Massage
Whether you prefer a bespoke relaxation experience or a more concentrated massage for problematic areas, the LIDO’s very own massage treatment will relax, restore and revitalise. Simply, a great experience.
Pregnancy Back and Leg Massage
The body goes through many changes through 9 months. Pregnancy massage is a great way to help support the body through these changes. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back and legs to ease tension, reducing swelling and aiding relaxation.
*Please note this treatment is only available in the second & third trimester of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Back Massage & Facial
This treatment is an alternative to the Pregnancy Back & Leg Massage. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back, shoulders, arms and hands finishing the treatment off with a mini facial.

Foot Massage and Mask
Feet are exfoliated, massaged and wrapped in a detoxifying clay mask. Aiding circulation, this treatment will benefit the well-being of the whole body.
This treatment includes a scalp massage or a hand and arm massage”.
Back, Neck, Shoulder and Facial
The perfect combination. A back massage targeting the common problem areas around the neck and shoulders followed by a soothing 30 minute facial leaving skin feeling nourished and refreshed. This treatment also includes a scalp massage or a hand & arm massage.
Exfoliation
A full body exfoliation which brightens, nourishes and boosts circulation of the skin. All followed by a dry body oil application to moisturise and replenish the skin.
Hot Stones Massage
A deeply relaxing and therapeutic body massage incorporating use of hot stones and our own creation of essential oils to warm your body from head to toe. Please note this treatment is not available during July and August. Suitable for over 18’s only.
LIDO FACIAL
A luxurious facial where your skin is cleansed and nourished with the use of essential oil- based products. Perfect for skin in need of balancing and moisture. This treatment also includes a hand and arm massage and a scalp massage.
Light Touch Therapy
This treatment is for anyone who is currently undergoing treatment for Cancer or has had treatment in the past.
It will be performed by one of our Oncology Massage trained therapists to deliver a safe and wonderfully relaxing massage. This full body massage is client specific and is customised to meet the unique and changing needs of someone going through treatment.
*Please note if this is your first light touch therapy treatment, it will consist of a 15 minute consultation followed by a 45 minute massage.
